I didn't get called to work today.... I took some time to do somethings I don't normally do and some things I always do. I got caught up, worked on something exciting and important, and started prepping a special dinner for the guys. Thursday nights are our last night with Moe before he goes to his dad's for the weekend so I like to do something nice on Thursdays.
As a reward(for that exciting thing) I ordered this new wrap with a discount code I got from a blog friend. I also ordered our air plants from here. My good friend gave us some air plant container pods for a wedding gift and I still hadn't gotten any plants to put in them! Shame.shame.
This picture is of our clock we inherited from Brian's Great Uncle. I think it is BEAUTIFUL. I hung it close to the back sliding doors so the sunlight is always shining on it. I love the colors of the wood and the natural raw shape of it. I'm hoping to post more pics of the house now that we are getting settled. Our wall color is called "Brian's Coffee" He puts so much cream in his that it looks like this taupey greyish brown. I think the original color is called Oatbran. yawn.
My parents used to have a clock like that! I have no idea where it is now.
ReplyDeleteI love the wrap! You will look great in it! I saw the idea for air plants before, but never knew where to get them...those appear to be my kind of plant! The kind you don't have to water! I have too many other things to keep alive (the breathing kind) to worry about plants!
